Research Projects at CWINS

Since its inception in 1985, the focal point of research at CWINS has been the wideband RF propagation measurement, simulation and modeling for the design of emerging wireless access and localization technologies. This multi-disciplinary research program formed around three major applications: Wireless Local area Networks (since 1985), Indoor Geolocation Systems (since 1996) and Body Area Networks (since 2009).
