The basic equipment in CWINS has been acquired through three NSF equipment grants with WPI cost sharing (for approximately $700K), one DoD DURIP equipment grant (for approximately $250K), and a number of industrial contributions (order of $430K). The core of CWINS' equipment includes RF facilities for radio propagation measurements, modeling and real-time performance evaluation studies.
