All papers should be written in English with a maximum paper length of five (5) printed pages (10-point font) including figures. Papers exceeding five pages will not be accepted. Authors are encouraged to format their final manuscripts using the standard IEEE conference specifications. Only PDF files will be accepted for the review process.

The paper submission would be carried out using CMT Conference Submission Management System.

-Authors would need to sign up in the CMT Conference Submission Management System (please, make sure that cookies are enabled on your browser):

-Authors can have access to the Author Console of ISMICT 2016 in the following link: https://cmt.research.microsoft.com/ISMICT2016

-Authors can use the 'Create a new Paper Submission' at 'Manage Submissions' on the CMT Author Console in order to submit their papers.

-The standard IEEE copyright form must be completed and uploaded prior to uploading the final IEEE formatted, publication-ready version of the paper.

PLEASE NOTE: To be published in the 2016 ISMICT Conference Proceedings and to be eligible for publication in IEEE Xplore, an author of an accepted paper is required to register for the conference at the FULL (member or non-member) rate and the paper must be presented by an author of that paper at the conference unless the TPC co-Chairs grant permission for a substitute presenter in advance of the event and who is qualified both to present and answer questions.
