Jeremy Kolenbrander is the Director of Therapeutics Product Development for TerumoBCT in Lakewood, Colorado. He is currently the project leader for a next generation cell processing device. Jeremy began his career in product development in 1995 following a career in the environmental industry remediating Superfund sites. His undergraduate degree is in Chemical Engineering from The University of Colorado at Boulder and his graduate degree is in Environmental Engineering (Cellular Separations) from Stanford University. For the last 17 years he has worked for TerumoBCT on product development teams. He has contributed to products as varied as cancer vaccine manufacturing devices, therapeutic apheresis machines, pathogen reduction systems, blood separation devices, and many more. He has also appeared as an expert witness, was vice-president of a drill rig manufacturing company, and trained as a chef. He currently leads a large cross-functional group, teaches occasionally at CU and CSU, and skis as often as possible.
